Lynda is the Director of the International Association for Journal Writing. She is a Registered Social Worker, a Certified Professional Coach and an expert in writing for wellness and personal growth. Lynda has been journaling since she was a young girl and now she still regularly writes, speaks, and teaches about the healing power of expressive writing and storytelling.
Lynda offers training workshops, webinars, inspirational speaking and has authored 2 books on the healing and transformational power of journaling.
It was so inspiring to speak to Lynda – not only did she have fun, creative ideas, but there was so much embedded wisdom in everything she said.
Today Catherine is a successful business woman – founder and owner of a company called So Young in Toronto ON, which designs and manufactures lunch boxes, cooler bags and backpacks. It has a mission of healthy living, inspiration and eco-responsibility but the core mission is to empower others to overcome their own limiting beliefs and access the courage necessary to pursue their own best life.
Catherine is not a stranger to accessing courage. 20 years ago, she had a drug addiction which she overcame. I am grateful and thankful that she shares her story with us today.

She believes that every child can be successful once you determine their learning style and unique talents and skills. Amanda sees that a big part of her job is to be an advocate for the family and child, and to make connections so that participation, learning and happiness are maximized.
Shawna is a published author, speaker (TED X) and advocate for mental health. She is a certified Suicide Prevention Trainer and has experience in suicide intervention, bereavement and trauma resiliency. Her company, Life Voice in Guelph ON, specializes in workshops that build a culture of understanding and care about mental health issues. Her workshops cover topics ranging from mental wellness, suicide intervention, coping, resiliency, and compassion fatigue, allowing participants to better support people living with depression, anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, substance misuse, psychosis, and thoughts of suicide.
